Professional services firm KPMG in India has partnered with software company SecurityBridge to enhance SAP security services for businesses.

The strategic alliance will integrate SecurityBridge’s Command Centre for SAP into the service offerings of KPMG in India. This is claimed to provide customers with critical insights and enhanced protection in the SAP security landscape.

Commenting on the alliance, KPMG in India cyber assurance partner and head Sundar Ramaswamy said: “The integration of SecurityBridge’s SAP security platform, into KPMG in India’s cyber assurance offerings will enable us to deliver greater value to customers, thereby safeguarding customers with key insights into their security posture and making them more resilient while dealing with today’s multifaceted cybersecurity scenario.”

KPMG in India’s cybersecurity consulting expertise will be combined with SecurityBridge’s technology to empower customers to better protect their digital environments.

The services offered through this alliance will leverage SecurityBridge’s SAP security platform, allowing KPMG in India to broaden its cybersecurity services.

The joint effort will provide a comprehensive approach to security, including real-time threat monitoring and improved compliance capabilities.

KPMG in India cyber assurance associate partner Muthu Kumaran said: “Our alliance with SecurityBridge brings together the cybersecurity technology of SecurityBridge along with KPMG in India’s deep advisory expertise in cyber assurance.”

SecurityBridge APAC managing director Onno Coenen said: “This partnership with KPMG in India is an essential part of SecurityBridge’s rapid expansion into the APAC region.

“By joining forces with KPMG in India, we aim to strengthen our presence and bring comprehensive SAP security services to SAP customers in India and across Asia-Pacific.”

In September 2024, KPMG in India announced a collaboration with ISACA, a global association of IT governance and cybersecurity professionals, to strengthen the global adoption of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) framework.

This partnership strengthens the collaboration, allowing both organisations to widen their reach and impact within the CMMI ecosystem.

“KPMG in India, SecurityBridge partner to enhance SAP security” was originally created and published by International Accounting Bulletin, a GlobalData owned brand.
