Let’s be honest: The Valley is firing on all cylinders — and we don’t even miss Vanderpump
Rules.
Now in its second season, The Valley has quietly become must-watch TV.

It’s dramatic, entertaining, and — dare we say — genuinely refreshing.

When the series was first announced, expectations were low.

It sounded like a spin-off grasping at fading fame.

But the show quickly found its footing, offering up real-life issues, complicated friendships, and
enough juicy moments to keep us coming back every week.

Turns out, The Valley is what Vanderpump Rules used to be before it fell into a rinse-and-repeat
cycle of breakups, parties, and betrayal.

Meanwhile, The Valley brought Jax Taylor, Brittany Cartwright, and Kristen Doute back into our
lives — along with a new cast of friends, we enjoy watching.

These aren’t just party people anymore.

They’ve grown up (well, some of them), and their problems feel more grounded, even when the
drama is dialed to 100.

Watching Jesse and Michelle’s marriage crumble this season has been heartbreaking and
fascinating in equal measure.

Brittany walking away from Jax was a long time coming — and yes, that text message scene
was peak reality TV chaos.

Then we’ve got Jason and Janet navigating new parenthood, which has its own set of highs and
lows.

There’s something satisfying about seeing real emotional moments play out on screen again.

Arguments explode, relationships falter, and yet it all feels rooted in something authentic.

That’s what makes The Valley so compelling. These people are a mess, but they’re a relatable
mess.

At this point, The Valley feels like the natural evolution of Vanderpump Rules.

It’s not trying to relive the glory days — it’s building something new.

And honestly? It might be time to let Vanderpump go out with some dignity.
