CBS has officially kicked off the fall TV rollout by being the first broadcast network to announce its premiere schedule. One notable change: CIA, the upcoming FBI franchise spinoff led by Tom Ellis, is being pushed to midseason. The series is undergoing creative adjustments under new showrunner Warren Leight (best known for his work in the Law & Order universe), who steps in for FBI: Most Wanted alum David Hudgins.

In its place, Morris Chestnut’s Watson—originally slated for a midseason return—will now move up to occupy CIA’s Monday night slot this fall.
