A Minneapolis man who allegedly described himself as an “Antifa member” has been arrested on charges of making threats against federal immigration agents and doxxing a “pro-ICE individual,” federal authorities announced on Thursday.
Kyle Wagner, 37, was arrested on federal charges of cyberstalking and making threatening communications after he allegedly called for the murder and assault of federal immigration officers in Minneapolis.
“This man allegedly doxxed and called for the murder of law enforcement officers, encouraged bloodshed in the streets, and proudly claimed affiliation with the terrorist organization Antifa before going on the run,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a statement. “Today’s arrest illustrates that you cannot run, you cannot hide, and you cannot evade our federal agents: if you come for law enforcement, the Trump Administration will come for you.”

Wagner was scheduled to make his first court appearance in federal court in Minneapolis on Thursday afternoon.
It was not immediately clear if he had hired an attorney.
Federal prosecutors alleged that Wagner shared comments and videos on his social media accounts last month, allegedly encouraging his followers to attack federal immigration officers.

In social media posts that prosecutors included in an affidavit filed in support of a criminal complaint, Wagner described federal agents as “the gestapo” and “murderers.”
In one video of Wagner posted last month on Instagram, he allegedly said, “This is where ICE has come to die.”
Wagner also allegedly said of federal agents in a social media post, according to the affidavit, “We will identify every single one of them and we will prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. If that has to be done at the barrel of a gun, then let us have a little f—— fun.”
Wagner allegedly encouraged followers to “hunt” ICE officers.
The criminal complaint also alleges that on Jan. 29, Wagner used his Instagram account to dox a pro-ICE individual by publishing a phone number, birth month and year, and address in Oak Park, Michigan, threatening the individual. Wagner later admitted that he doxxed the victim’s parents’ house, according to the complaint.
“It’s no surprise that an Antifa terrorist is allegedly threatening to kill and assault federal law enforcement officers as they dutifully remove criminal threats from neighborhoods,” Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said in a statement.
