Russian drone attack on Kharkiv kills 4 as U.S. and Ukraine revise peace plan

Diplomats from the United States and Ukraine met in Switzerland over the weekend to revise a peace proposal that was widely-criticized after it was unveiled last week as being too pro-Russian. Meanwhile, the war drags on, as a massive Russian drone attack on the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv killed four people and injured 17 more, including children. Elizabeth Palmer has details.
