Whether you’re grinding at work or hacking through hilichurls in Genshin Impact, we all need that one thing to help us lock in. For some, it’s a raggedy blanket. For others, a battle-scarred controller. But for most of us banana-backed warriors, the real hero is a good, comfy chair—and Secretlab has understood that need since its founding in December 2014.

Secretlab, a leader and innovator in the gaming chair market, has built a reputation on premium comfort and sleek, fandom-fueled designs. Their top model, the TITAN Evo, racked up awards in 2022 and remains a favorite among both critics and casual users. Why? Because it nails the essentials:

  • Customizable for all body types

  • Patent-pending Cold-Cure Foam

  • Sculpted Pebble Seat Base

  • Four-way Lumbar Support

Luckily for me, Secretlab heard my spine screaming and answered with their all-new Genshin Impact Liyue Collection. They somehow knew I was a fellow short king and sent me the Xiao chair (sorry, Ninguang fans—tall people already have enough power). The box came adorned with Xiao’s yaksha mask, practically bursting open with AoE damage. Inside? A poster of Xiao to welcome me to the Adeptus life.

Everything arrived tightly packed and secure. Tools came in two separate boxes, and, knowing people like me haven’t touched a wrench since middle school shop class, Secretlab provided easy-to-read instructions and user-friendly tools. One standout? A T-handle magnetic screwdriver with a two-in-one head (Phillips and Allen) that I still use at work today.

Assembly felt like building a LEGO set—fast, fun, and simple. Most parts either screwed, snapped, or locked into place. Total build time? Just 30 minutes. Honestly, I’d take it apart just to build it again.

The finished product blew me away. It’s like Secretlab shoved Xiao into a chair-shaped mold, but in the best possible way. The dark purples and creamy yellows are perfectly balanced, and the detailing, from his spears to the little purple knots, stands out without being overwhelming. After years of being betrayed by bargain gaming chairs that collapse under my fidgeting and fail to support my spine, this chair delivered on everything I wanted:

In the past two weeks, I’ve spent more time in this chair than on my bed or bean bag. Whether I’m gaming, writing, or just watching videos, nothing in my house compares to the cold-cure foam and L-ADAPT lumbar support. Best of all? My productivity has gone up— and my back pain has gone way down.

If you’re a Genshin fan (or just someone who wants to save their spine), this chair is a must-have.

Secretlab’s TITAN Evo 2022 Genshin Impact Liyue Collection chairs are available now for $644, exclusively through Secretlab’s website. Secretlab provided K-Comics Beat/Comics Beat with a sample unit for review purposes.
